Peak Fitness homebased gym also offers an opportunity to learn the basics of Kick Boxing, maintain or develop on base knowledge or incorporate Kick Boxing into Personal Training sessions for exercise.
Kick Boxing gets the whole body moving. It not only strengthens and tones your legs, arms and glutes but also your core, back and shoulders. For some it is a fun way to improve fitness, agility, balance and coordination. Personal Trainer Ryan Ashworth incorporates Kick Boxing into his everyday life to not only keep up with fitness but to improve stress levels and help with mental health. “It can be a great way to work out with a mate or by myself to get the energy levels up and stress levels down”.
Ryan has been training in Muay Thai / Kick boxing for over 5 years and keen to help others get into the sport that are interested. All are welcome to give it a go.

I have a passion for helping people reach their fitness goals. I love sports especially rugby and kick boxing.
Over the years I have experienced my fair share of injuries which has ended up being my driver to find out the importance of certain muscle strength to protect joints and movement.
I have a partner and two young kids and I'm excited to finally follow my passion by incorporating Personal Training into my day to day life.
